Our Featured Lawn Services.
All customers are required to have a credit card on file with secure payment processing system in order to be on the schedule. This ensures a smooth and efficient booking process for everyone. Thank you for being so understanding!

Items that can cause prices to be higher than what's listed below.
- Property that has not been maintained. I use the wheels on my mower.. If the grass is taller than them, there will be up to a double of the fee.
- Corner Lots, Sidewalked Lots, and (gasp) Cornered-Sidewalked Lots.
- Not having access (locked or blocked gates) at regularly scheduled service.
- Overgrown yards will be billed as a per minute/per man-hour rate of $1.25, with a minimum of $35 added to the regular service price.

All Price adjustments will be communicated before services are started or prices are set for the season.

Annual Property Service
Discover our completely customizable service plans tailored to meet your unique needs. Enjoy added value with discounts on bundled services, making it easier to get everything you need in one monthly payment. An annual service agreement and payment on file are required to get started. We'll create the perfect package, provide a total, and then divide the cost into 12 manageable payments.
Weekly Lawn Care
Keep your lawn looking pristine with our weekly maintenance service Our comprehensive package includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure your yard stays in top shape. You can either pay at the time of service or opt for a convenient monthly payment plan. Prices start at just $50 per service, making it easy to maintain a beautiful lawn all season long!
Fertlizer Program
For optimal lawn care, spot-treat weeds as necessary and apply a measured amount of fertilizer and lime suitable for your area. This approach will promote healthy turf development and help keep weeds under control. maintenance ensures a lush, vibrant lawn that thrives throughout the seasons. Prices start at $85 per application. Full year service, with 8 scheduled applications. To include insect treatment to protect the yard from grubs and army worms.
Seasons Pass Service
Introducing our premier lawn care service, designed to take the hassle out of maintaining your yard. We offer scheduled bi-weekly services at the start and end of the season, with weekly care during peak growth periods. Each visit includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing, ensuring your lawn looks its best all year round. Let us handle the hard work while you enjoy a beautiful, well-kept lawn! Total Estimated cuts divide evenly into 9 equal payments.
Bi Weekly Lawncare
For the folks that just don't want to worry about their yard, and want to keep the HOA off their tails. Transform your yard into a hassle-free oasis with our biweekly service! A single pass cut, trim, and blow providing a pristine look without lifting a finger. Prices start at just $50 per service, making it easy to keep your outdoor space looking its best. Let us take care of your yard so you can focus on what you love!
Bush/Shrub Trimming
Transform your yard with our professional trimming services! We ensure your bushes and plants are healthy and beautiful by providing expert care and maintenance. Our team will also clean up any debris, leaving your space tidy. Prices start at just $15 per plant or $15 for every 4-foot run of hedges.
Winter Services
For Great Looking Year Round Lawn
After all the leaves fall and get cleaned up, we transition to Winter Services. Simple. We will visit your property every two weeks to look at these 5 items, starting in the front yard, and working towards the back. If we are normally scheduled at your property for 40 minutes, then sit back and let us spend that time on these areas. If nothing is needed, you will NOT be billed.
